Way better than the branch in Fanwood. 2 years ago, I tried to deposit a home insurance claim check. The Fanwood branch gave me a hard time about it but this one in Scotch Plains accepted it without a problem. Today, I called the Fanwood branch in advance to see if they could print out tax statements that got lost. They said yes. I arrived to the branch and they didn’t let me in. They said I needed to make an appointment to get the tax statements. Again, I went to this Scotch Plains branch and they accommodated me without any trouble. I’m done with the Fanwood branch and wonder if the bad reviews for this branch may have actually been intended for the Fanwood branch instead. ~Livlong
