Minus 1 star. Shipping took too long. Return took even longer. I had to call then to remind of refund. Cash flow problem? I lost 50% of what I paid due to very strict return policy. Do they know about Amazon? If the "owner" wants to respond please show your real name, not just "the owner". ~Alex

My Mazda was involved in an accident affecting both passenger side doors, trimming and everything that comes with it. We worked with Jimmy who was very personable and able to answer all of our questions. Jimmy and the rest of the team were able to get our car fixed up in a timely manner-even sooner than they originally estimated (huge plus!) and we were given frequent updates through email. I am never disappointed whenever I walk into this store. The clothes are gorgeous and displayed beautifully. I am a long time shopper and while I don't always buy, they treat me as if I am the number one shopper in the their store. I don't like being pushed to buy something - I like to be left alone and they give me enough attention without being pushy. I tell my husband if you want to give me a gift, get it here or give me a gift certificate. Best present ever from him??? A customed made Tom Petty denim jacket!! LOVE IT still after 5 years.
