Had the most amazing experience at this store. I’ve had problems working with the billabong corporate site but going into the shrewbury location was a breeze! They were so attentive and answered all of my (sometimes dumb) questions! Would definitely reccomend! (And the owner grog was so friendly and hands on!! Total legends!)

Minus 1 star. Shipping took too long. Return took even longer. I had to call then to remind of refund. Cash flow problem? I lost 50% of what I paid due to very strict return policy. Do they know about Amazon? If the "owner" wants to respond please show your real name, not just "the owner".

We caught a handful yesterday, and she was toasty warm in her new wetsuit gear (4/3mm Billabong, 5 mm Billabong claws, 5 mm Xcel booties, 1mm thermal Xcel top with attached 2mm hood). Your attention to detail and patience displayed while we tried on various gear was top notch. Supplies are limited right now, and we were/are stoked that you were able to come through for us. See you out in the water.

Really? The only store that RAISES their prices on Black Friday. 6 days ago the entire outlet store was 70%. 6 days later, on Black Friday, the outlet store was 50% off. What a way to take advantage of the black friday consumer during a pandemic. Wow. Just wow.

Bought some clothing through their online store, has been two week since I purchased them and my order is still there with no change in status. I've been back and forth with their customer service but they're just terrible. They literally do nothing and just respond with a template response. I'm not asking for much other to have my order cancelled, it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't managed to cancel the order. I highly recommend you stay away from this brands online store and if you really want their products purchase them through a better retailer as they clearly are awful at this.

The customer service was unbelievably good. They had very nice and young workers. It had a very well rounded vibe. If I lived closer I would be going there a lot. But, since they weren’t really organized that’s why they aren’t a five.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never have your surfboard repaired here. I brought my board in to have the tail repaired. I was quoted $50, and was told it would take 2 weeks. A month later, I pick up the board and am told the repair cost $120 because "the professional repair man saw other dings" that in his opinion needed to be fixed. It is not his decision what needs to be fixed or not, it is my board and I paid to have the tail repaired, not the tip, the back and the side. The repair took double the time, and cost more than twice as much as the quote. Please, don't bring your board here to be repaired.
