Best hot tub repair service in Stafford, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Ordered a hot tub from their new location in Ocean View and they said they would come out to look at old hot tub to remove. I already was getting it removed and they told me they could care of it if they did not have to use a crane. I have a backyard with large entrance of double gates. They called me and told me new hot tub was in and they were delivering it. I asked about old one and they said they do not do that. I got old person to remove and asked him to split the price of $350 to remove since there was an obvious misunderstanding. The owner Joe was the rudest person I ever spoke with! He has no customer service what so ever. He says he makes no concessions to make people happy. I got my money back in full and am happy I will not be dealing with that new business.
