Very bad experience and I really couldn't believe it: Last Saturday I rent a mattress at the 3510 Bergenline Ave Union City store And they told me that they will deliver that to my house on Monday. But I actually have things to do on Monday so I called to ask them if they can directly enter my house(because the locker of my house is a password one) and put that mattress there. They said they couldn't do that and I understood and I said "no problem". So today I stay at home waiting for them to come. But they didn't and it turned out that they thought that call was meant cancellation. But clearly, even from the common sense I didn't mean that. Since I've already payed money, if I really can't stay at home on Monday, I'll reschedule the delivery date. And I said "no problem" to mean that "okay, let's do that on Monday". But they just thought so themselves and although they called me this morning, I was sleeping then and when I got up I didn't see the phone call notification (because usually when you just get up there are overwhelming messages on your phone and it's natural that you miss one). But they didn't call me again and automatically assume that I want to cancel the delivery today. This is not the correct logic because as u put that in your store that, "customer satisfaction is the most important", if the customer doesn't give a clear confirmation that h/she wants to cancel the delivery, you can't cancel it according to your own judgement. If I didn't reply to your phone call, just call again until I answer it. You should always think for the customers not for yourself. In the end I cancelled the whole deal because I was really angry and I can't mess up my day for a mattress. I understand that you have your store policy etc. But cancellation or rescheduling should be a mutual thing and if you don't have a solid evidence from me that I do want to cancel it you couldn't do that yourself.
