Exceptionally rude and inconsiderate and nearly condescending branch manager, who is possibly of Korean heritage, who attempted to assist me with resetting my PIN for my Chase Debit. (He sits at the front of the branch towards the corner by the front entrance). His last name must have been Kim or Lee. Honestly, he stated bluntly and unprofessionally, "I do not see your total balance in your account to be eligible for being a Chase Private Client member. Yet, you have Chase Private Client... Is there a problem?", and I remember these words as crisp as day, as I was particularly agitated by his uncalled-for remark. I gave him a death glare with my eyes because if someone is going to mock and insult me slyly and indirectly, remember this.... I helped out during the coronavirus times being a professional registered nurse. (But, no one seems to care enough about what others do, or what I do, when we live in a highly individualized-and self-centered society). In short, I do not recommend this particular Chase branch. Never again. Signed - This Registered Nurse, Jessica. ~Jessica
