Best physical fitness program in West Windsor, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I have been working out at Forge Performance for about 9 months now and I could not be happier with my decision to join this gym community. As someone who has worked out at both boutique gyms and big box gyms, Forge is one of the best in the industry. Ryan, Jack, Morgan, and Justin are all incredible trainers who really know how to push your workouts to the next level. They all bring a little something different when you train so you are constantly challenged. They individualize your workouts and nutrition plans in a way that is realistic while also helping you achieve your goals whether that be weight loss, a healthy balanced lifestyle, or training for a competition. One of the best things is the community this gym has. I love that the small size of the "groups" allows you to get a lot of attention from the trainers, but also allows you to build relationships with your fellow athletes. It also is so great to see people high school aged to their 70s find a home at this gym, and everyone gets a plan that works for them. If you are looking for a place to not only improve your level of fitness, but also to have a community of people that work to encourage you and build you up- look no further! I can genuinely say that working out at Forge has been a highlight in my fitness journey and the community they have built is second to none. ~Melinda
