Very polite cashier. I was asked to park in a spot to wait for my order which definitely is not a problem because it assures me that my food is going to be fresh! This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! Eggs and bacon were chewy. Ordered over easy and got over medium. Bland potatoes. Switched to 1 star after getting the bill. 6 dollars for a 12oz cup of drip coffee. Automatic gratuity even though I was dining alone. Complete ripoff. The owners should be ashamed. ~Sam
