First stop on every trip back to northern New Mexico is to Blake's for a double Itsa Burger with Green Chile & Cheese, fries and a soft drink. This time it was in Bernalillo. Sooooo good!

The food is great here and the service isn't usually bad but the past two visits they've totally screwed up my order and I was so hungry that I didn't return it because I had to eat then I didn't have time for return. It's not rocket science to determine the difference between a double meat it's a meal and a single Lada meal the other time was seasoned fries instead of regular fries. Seems to me they have a kind of disinterested laxidasical and empirical staff that treats you like you're lucky to even eat there I don't think all Blake's are like that but this one isn't particular so if you really want a burger my advice is go somewhere else because unless you like the abuse well too bad because Lakes used to be a great place

While on my way to visit fam in bernalillo stopped here. The drive thru speaker was broke so ordered at the window and waited in a spot for the food. The food was spot on. Crispy and hot fires. Double meat itsaburger hit the spot here. Not crowded at the time during dinner. The staff (I’m thinks it was 3 people) ran a tight shift. The person who was taking orders out was prompt and courteous.

New Mexico style is an 🤩🤩 amazing 🤩🤩 burger 🍔🍔🍔. Anyone visiting should definitely have this at least once. If it's breakfast your after the burritos 🌯🌯 are also great. Hash browns, eggs, sausage/bacon and of course green or red! I recommend sausage green or bacon red, but build your own!

Very slow service, poor customer service and be ready to spend an hour there at least to get your food. No kidding. Try and avoid this location at all costs. This location is close for us when we leave town on a regular basis and is convenient however it's just not changing over the years. Not sure how they are still operating so poorly.

Very polite cashier. I was asked to park in a spot to wait for my order which definitely is not a problem because it assures me that my food is going to be fresh! This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! The food is always freshly made

Big fan of Lotaburger in general, wont come back to this one. Waited 10 minutes at the order screen and waited another 20 minutes for 1 burger. The building is nice, You need more employees to be efficient

I ordered the chicken boat instead of the sandwich and paid $2 more for that and got 3 2"X 1/2" pieces of dry fried chicken and asked for ranch dipping sauce, I got 8 packs of ketchup... I didn't order fries, i ordered onion rings. The location of this business is on a busy highway so i was 4 miles away ( on my last leg of a 6 hr trip)so for plus $7 i got 3 little pieces of dry chicken and no sauce. Not a fan.

This Blake's has definitely gone down since moving to its current location. I have stopped getting breakfast burritos from any Blake's because they are no good any more. Today I tried the Blake's chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. Not only did I get my fries wrong but I only received one chicken strip on my chicken sandwich. It was even cut in half to make it appear larger. I will no longer be stopping by Blake's anymore.

This location is terrible. I have been there three times now because it's close to our house, thought we'd give them one more try. All three times the order has been wrong. On tonight's episode, we order online $40.00 worth of food and it was all terrible. Burgers were dry and burnt, fries were cold. Paid extra for items that weren't included on the burgers. Paid for chili fries and got no fries. We called to complain and it was answered by a robot. Don't go here!!!
