Long line every time I come in here. But that is expected with all companies being short staff or cutting staff. Trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare with over 1 hour hold times easily. Then when someone answers its not someone who can answer questions about prescriptions and they must go back and fourth with the other pharmacy staff. Eventually they will just put you on hold again and just hang up. When I went in the store in person I was told one thing, when I called and waited on hold for 1 hour I was told another. So naturally, I mentioned this so they put me on hold. Eventually the call was transferred to a ringing line where it ended abruptly without answering why one question has two different answers. What a waste of time. Going to try a different pharmacy. ~Professor
