AT&T Store
Came to AT&T to upgrade my phone and solve an issue on another phone. There was no waiting time, store was clean, neat and solved my issues with a phone call to a technician who actually fixed the issue. I had a bad experience at another store in East Meadow. So happy I came here. Ed is the one who helped us and answered all our questions. He seemed to know a lot of the Promotation that would save us money and even the manager came to make sure we were satisfied with the service and if we had any question. I think that’s good costumer service and I will be back here for sure. ~Dominique

Unfortunate experience, after spending a month fighting with AMEX over an item I had returned to this location. We come to find the associate who handled my transaction never properly returned my $70 item into the system…..ugh ~Melissa

I ordered on the website online. The delivery time said it was going to be 12-22 minutes. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now. The tracker won’t move nor will the store pick up the phone. I don’t even think the food is going to show and yet I’m still charged. Probably the worst food experience i’ve ever had. I want my money back! ~Erin

Plenty of pumps, and they have a convenience store as well. The only problem is they charge a different price if it is cash compared to using credit card; even if it is a BP Gas card. ~Frank
Walgreens Pharmacy
Long line every time I come in here. But that is expected with all companies being short staff or cutting staff. Trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare with over 1 hour hold times easily. Then when someone answers its not someone who can answer questions about prescriptions and they must go back and fourth with the other pharmacy staff. Eventually they will just put you on hold again and just hang up. When I went in the store in person I was told one thing, when I called and waited on hold for 1 hour I was told another. So naturally, I mentioned this so they put me on hold. Eventually the call was transferred to a ringing line where it ended abruptly without answering why one question has two different answers. What a waste of time. Going to try a different pharmacy. ~Professor

The best personal service, it's a world away from the chain store pharmacies. Unlike some other stores, they know my monthly script and always stock ahead of time. Jeremy, the pharmacist, is courteous, professional, and caring. And the guy behind the counter (sorry I don't know your name) always has a smile and acnowledges me. Thank you guys!
