Best tire shop in Binghamton, New York (NY) 2024

Scheduled to have tires put on my car 8 days in advance, and was told drop off at 8am pick up by noon. Once I arrived they were adamant that they told me drop off at 8 and be done by 6pm, and that I was speaking to the same person that scheduled me. If you overbooked that’s fine but you don’t have to tell me that I’m a liar. Run a tighter schedule or don’t flat out lie to your customers face. ~Casey

Omg, I was driving out to New York for a long weekend and my tire looked low, but the tire pressure light wasn’t on. I was still freaking out so I called Mr. Tire and Nick answered my questions as I was roughly thirty minutes away. Nick was so helpful and took care of me when I arrived. I was back on my travels quickly. He was so helpful and totally honest and caring! Great customer service and I’d highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone needing services in the area! ~Anne

Great place. Had them mount 4 new tires to 4 new rims on my Tacoma. They knew exactly how to handle swapping over and reprogramming the TPMS. No damage to the rims at all. Very happy with the work. ~Andrew
