Was always my go-to store. Staff is helpful & friendly. However, at any given time, 1/2 of customers are un masked. Wish Gov. had fully worked out monitoring of mandate and enforcing. No one is held accountable. It is not up to staff to confront customers. Persons in law enforcement with credentials to detain, ticket & or discuss with these customers should do spot checks. It would probably take only 1 or two fines or warnings to get the word out and encourage people to wear masks in public for the safety of all. ~Dolores

OMG Tom is a hoot! So fun and easygoing. He wowed us with his knowledge of different grapes and winemakers, and got us to double our purchase - and we couldn't have been happier!!! Leaving this review two weeks later as we've now drunk all of his recommendations, and they were as delicious as advertised. The place is deceiving upon first walking in, as others have mentioned, but the selection is incredible, and the service even better! We only got one picture, and we can highly recommend this winemaker for both their reds and the pictures rosé (thanks Tom 😄) ~Nicholas

I held my Customer Appreciation Dinner at Roosters last night. I met with the owner, Taryn the week before to plan the menu. She was so open to any and all ideas I had and we were both excited with what we came up with. The dinner was a huge success. Roosters is very accommodating. The food was fantastic. Our dedicated server, Dana was pleasant & professional and quick on her feet! We were given a large room adjacent to the bar and there was plenty of room for seating and mingling. I highly recomment Roosters for all your catered events or just for a nice dinner out. I'm already planning next year's event at Roosters! Thank you all! ~Catching

The store is clean. But staff are really rude and lazy. I went in there with my family and got milk shakes and the 2 guys in there rolled their eyes and seemed very aggravated for doing their job definitely wasn’t a happy/good experience and won’t be going back unless I absolutely have to go back or when there are nicer employees there that will make customers feel welcomed. I would give them a half star if I could ~Daniel

Tony Fallon runs a hardware store stocked with everything that you might need, things that will work if you can't find what you think you needed, and many things that you never knew you needed but now want. Plus if you share a story, a joke, a poem, song, a bit of wisdom, a local tale, you are guaranteed to get one in return. Very cool. ~Rick

Edit: Upon going in there a second time, the woman at the front register was very nice. An item I purchased was marked a certain price but it rang up at a higher price. She explained that prices are changing all the time and they sometimes can't keep up. But she re-rang up my items for the lower price that they were marked at. Very nice of her to explain and let me know she would rather keep customers happy than to charge a higher price they weren't marked at. Staff wasn't very attentive or pleasant to customers. They were just chatting with each other like the customers didn't exist. Store is unorganized ~K

Slaters is the best company I have ever dealt with. Their response on answering questions is second to none. Every business should be operated this way. When I got off the phone with Justin, the owner, I said to myself "this is a company I want to deal with." The warehouse is behind the gas station. The gas station is NOT affiliated with Slaters pellets. Slaters has every kind of pellet you will ever need. Hardwood, softwood, combination of both, whatever you need. I had them delivered and stacked and they did it when they said they would and they did it with smiles on their faces! Don't deal with big box stores. Go to Slaters pellets, you will be happy you did! ~John

Had a personal pie and a veggie stromboli. Both were super good! I can say for mine the crust was crispy, nice & thin, and not overwhelmed by all my toppings. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great price. Get good here!! ~Jessica
