Best fitness center in Canandaigua, New York (NY) 2024

I had the opportunity to try Tall Trainer's open class. Their trainers were energetic, engaging with everyone, and attentive to whatever needs or limitations we less fitness focused folk may have. The workout consisted of a battery of different cardio routines worked through one by one in a teamwork style relay, where one person would finish their particular routine and high-five the person next to them, signaling they rotate through the workout stations to the next routine. It was definitely intensive. I found myself only a little sore and very hungry after the session, which I've found are two of the results of a good workout. I highly recommend Tall Trainer to anyone looking for a new way to work towards a healthier self. ~Patrick
