I bought a pair of work boots for the winter on July 18th. I decided on August 26th that I wanted to get a refund. The problem that I thought that there would be was that the policy is that returns have to be within 30 days of the purchase. I was expecting to get stuck with store credit or no refund at all. I called the store to ask if an exception could be made to the policy or if I was going to be stuck with the boots. The gent that answered the phone was friendly and said that if I came in for the refund he was sure that I would be taken care of. I went in a few hours later and the cashier was friendly and refunded me the full amount after getting manager approval. Thank you for not sticking me with a card with store credit which always seem to get lost or they are never in your wallet when you decide to go to the store. ~Joseph
