Best truck rental agency in Centereach, New York (NY) 2024

HORRIBLE experience with this UHaul dealer, I will NEVER be back. Got a nice, decent looking truck, moved my stuff out of my apartment in one day, and returned it for overnight dropoff, without a single problem. The next day I get a receipt from them with HUNDREDS of dollars of "damages", with no pictures of proof of any dings or scratches. I tried calling that same day, but whoever answered was extremely rude and I got bounced around to different people, didn't get anywhere with them. I went to their website, and filed a claim, never heard back from them either. I ended up having to go to my credit card company to help dispute the charges. If you're looking to rent a truck consider renting literally ANYWHERE ELSE so that you don't get ripped off like me. ~Danni
