Best bank in Congers, New York (NY) 2024

I am not sure if these reviews are real or not about friendly service. I have been a customer here from when it was bank of new york. The service has consistently declined and the staff as gotten worse at every visit. They are at the point there is not even a manager there to address your concerns. They failed to sign off on a wire which costed me thousands in dollars. The tellers are outright nasty and often have no idea what they are doing. They will lie about not being notaries when it is a offered service by Chase. The list of issues goes on. I would not recommend this branch to my worst competitor and am pulling all of my accounts completely from the bank. Something that should have been done a long time ago. ~Jim
