Best restaurant in Coram, New York (NY) 2024

Awesome people work here! The cooked food is good. New ownership actively opposes the loitering in the parking lot. I appreciate that. ~Germain

Ordered an apple pie and coffee at 5:20. Noticed funny taste of apple pie right away but was already too far from the restaurant to come back. Later when I looked at the box, it turned out my pie sat on the shelf for too long. Sticker showed 5:05 for expiration time. Wish I could get fresh pie :( ~Konstantin

Placed an order with door dash on 7/4 at 6pm. According to door dash, the order was delivered at 6:21pm. Tried calling and no answer for over an hour because their voicemail states they are all on other lines. Drove to location and place is closed! Took my door dash payment, along with a very nice tip. Called door dash and they are opening an investigation ~erin

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my sandwich and the man was on the phone the whole time to start. Then I had a $2 reward on the app from my previous purchases that I wanted to use. The machine would not scan the barcode on my phone and the manager/cashier told me that I could use it another time. I told him I'd like to use it today because it expires soon and I received the reward and would like to redeem it so I asked him if there was a way they could honor it seeing that it is on my account. He responded that he couldn't and it was late he had to leave so I had to use it next time. So I responded to him saying that it was 10pm and the store hours are listed open until 1030pm. So then he was able to take the $2 off of my meal. I thanked him and paid but then he wouldn't give me my receipt and told me to never come back to this store. So I said excuse me and he replied that he doesn't want my business there and to never come back. Never in my life have I been told that I could not go to a store or been shown that type of customer experience. It was not my fault that his machine wasn't working properly and I go to subway quite often and use their rewards program so I should be able to use the rewards that I have been rewarded without being told never to return. I could not believe that that was how this man talked to customers. I was completely appalled. He wouldn't even give me my receipt or let me earn the points for that visit. This man was the most rude person I have ever met and I work in retail as well. ~Gerry
