Many APEX reviewers are high school and college athletes but I represent a different segment of the APEX clientele. I am a mother of 2 college age sons, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and I have had a hip replaced. Although, thanks to APEX, you would never be able to tell any of this if you saw me. After having my health setbacks I went to APEX to try to get back on my feet. My training there, especially with Mary Smith, has exceeded all of my expectations and dreams. I started out fearful of moving and injuring myself. Mary worked patiently with me to build my strength and endurance and confidence. I always loved being active but it was getting harder for me. After training I regained my joy of fearless movement, took up golf and skied with my college son in Vail. Because I have gotten so much stronger I am now able to participate in group TRX classes at APEX twice a week - and this is a highlight of my week! I give Mary Smith and APEX an A+++ for excellence and professionalism. I don’t have enough space to write about the incredible mental benefits of physical fitness but suffice it to say I am experiencing those as well. Placed an order with this company and did not receive any order updates at all. I called the number listed on the living juice website and left a detailed voicemail and sent a detailed email requesting an order status update. There has been absolutely NO FOLLOW UP from this company and the lack of customer service is a clear reflection of the brand. It has been well over a week since my order was placed and my card has been charged but the company has not sent an order update email or even processed this order. New customers, please carefully consider your other juice options before ordering from this brand (living juice). Update: Someone from customer service reached out to make sure my order was shipped out to be delivered within one day. ~Jayde
