Many APEX reviewers are high school and college athletes but I represent a different segment of the APEX clientele. I am a mother of 2 college age sons, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and I have had a hip replaced. Although, thanks to APEX, you would never be able to tell any of this if you saw me. After having my health setbacks I went to APEX to try to get back on my feet. My training there, especially with Mary Smith, has exceeded all of my expectations and dreams. I started out fearful of moving and injuring myself. Mary worked patiently with me to build my strength and endurance and confidence. I always loved being active but it was getting harder for me. After training I regained my joy of fearless movement, took up golf and skied with my college son in Vail. Because I have gotten so much stronger I am now able to participate in group TRX classes at APEX twice a week - and this is a highlight of my week! I give Mary Smith and APEX an A+++ for excellence and professionalism. I don’t have enough space to write about the incredible mental benefits of physical fitness but suffice it to say I am experiencing those as well.
