United States Postal Service

Very rude service by one employee on a Saturday, who might reconsider working in public service. She walked out of the back room to the front service area, stood to the left of the window, looked at her cell phone for 1-2 minutes while I stood at the window thinking she must be off work because she neither made eye contact or asked if I needed assistance. Finally I asked if she was available to which she replied, ā€œIā€™m waiting for you.ā€ Then she informed me the svce I was asking about cost 26.95. When I told her I paid 16.00 for it one month prior, she said I was wrong, that may have been the price years ago. Then she kept telling me to complete my package away from the window so she could assist the next customer, which only extended and escalated the situation. Then she refused to take my package. Proof below what I paid for overnight delivery to NYC. Will be contacting East Quogue Post Master tomorrow. ~Ally

Countach Automobile Refinishing & Coachwork Inc.

Paul helped me with my auto claim repair on my front bumper and fog light. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car repaired! Paul was courteous, efficient and helpful the entire time. He even detailed the inside of my car when I came to pick it up! I will definitely be going back to Countach for all my future car needs. Ryder Hardware

Ryder Hardware is the best hardware store that I've ever been to. They have all the tools that you needed for your household projects and even equipment for your machinery. Their customer service is so good that they assist you with the things that you're looking for and staffs greet every customer with a smile. My husband and I are loyal customers here for almost 2 years now and we're both completely satisfied with their overall service. ~Violet

7-Eleven

Twice now I have asked for a bag (after paying), and was told the bags were five cents. Whatever. Neither time did I have any change. The first time, the cashier shrugged and gave me one. The second time they rang up 10 cents for two bags and I used my card to pay. Wouldn't it make more sense to ask if I need a bag BEFORE ringing up the total? ~Robert
