I have shopped this ACE many times and each time I have had the pleasure of working with Drew. Drew not only knows his stuff, he is super helpful and knowledgeable. I have had interactions with other employees, while all mostly pleasant, Drew has been willing to go above and beyond to help out. This ultimately translates to sales. When something I purchased had an issue, Drew made it right and oversaw the repair and delivery back to me in a timely manner. Much appreciated! I look forward to shopping there again. ~Margaret
