So, I took a chance on buying a Bobcat brand CT2535 Tractor from Bobcat of Saratoga. Foremost was a concern that a predominately commercial dealer wouldn’t focus on the agriculture/homeowner market very well. Boy was I wrong. Neal, the sales rep for that location has been to my remote location twice to provide assistance with my issues, not the tractors. They provided setup assistance for a flail mower for me, even though they didn’t sell it to me. Most dealers wouldn’t even talk to you if it wasn’t their product. The tractor is working perfectly with no issues, and when compared to the competition, it has many features standard that were extra with the other machines. Some of the features weren’t even available on the competition – like a remote switch in the rear of the tractor to operate the 3 point lift when hooking up, and linked throttle pedal. Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful and just a phone call away if I need help. I’m really happy to abandon the take it or leave it attitude of the other dealers I’ve dealt with and be welcomed into the Bobcat family. I have only positive things to say about these folks. ~ronald
