Bought I size 9 shoe, they sent me a 7.5. Sent them back waited another 10 days for my refund, order set the shoe. Received a 7.5 again. This company is filled with a bunch of people who apparently cannot read and have terrible customer service. Find a better company if you’re local, don’t support this trash. I’ll be returning the shoes yet again but will no longer use soles unlimited again ~Kyle

I was shopping and listening to a male (I saw him, he was an employee) talking to a female (never saw her, not sure if she was an employee or shopper) the female was coughing continuously, even as she spoke (sounded horse, similar to upper respiratory infection). Contaminated 3 isles of products. 8/17/21. I'm not sharing this information to cause panic, believe it or not colds, chest colds, hey fever, allergies, and fall time illness still exists. I'm sharing it because I worked in a hospital for over 15 years, It sounded like upper respiratory, which is contagious and she was in the isles near food and beverages. If you were in the store on the 17th Raw honey, fresh garlic clove, a lot of broth, green tea, lemon, vitamin C & D. Zinc, Impeccable oral hygiene (floss), little to no sugar, electrolyte beverages, no face mask, instead wear a face shield. Just keep consuming these items for 3 days, you'll be fine. Upper respiratory typically shows up within 72 hours of exposure, these items help fight it. * Please stay home a few days if you were in the food/beverages isles of this store on 8/17. Lets not spread whatever she has. It's common courtesy. I'm also staying home a few days. (Walmart, Tops, Rite Aid, CVS, and more will deliver food and items, no need to leave home). *** Please remember vaccinated people do not have to wear masks nor shields (masks stop nothing, wear a shield unvaxed, you want her cough spittle to hit your mask or shield?!) They still catch stuff like the flu and other seasonal illnesses and they still spread those illnesses through couching ect (just like everyone else), remember this when you bring produce home and bottled beverages. Always clean them, because unless we all start doing what I'm doing here, you never know what you got or where you got it. With that said, the store parking lot has a lot of pot holes, some have been there over 2 years. Some will damage low sitting vehicles, proceed with caution. They do seem short staffed, but a lot of businesses are these days so please prepare for delays. They are still out of fly paper, which seems hard to find these days anyway. It's otherwise a decent store with friendly staff and impatient customers. Please take care of yourselves. ~Tina

They are so slow and have dumb hours they don’t open until 10 am stupid. I thought they where supposed to be faster then going to er but it’s the same wait time. It always takes over 3 hours and half the time you don’t get diagnosed right same as going to a er. Get a urgent care operator that’s willing to open the doors b4 10 AM ~Kurt

I ordered three donuts, an iced coffee with caramel and some sandwiches today and upon inspection I got only two donuts of the wrong kind. The man who took our order did not listen to us and we needed to correct him on several things we were trying to order. The lady who took my card was sweet and replaced the two donuts with the right kind but didn't put in the third that i had ordered, my coffee didn't have caramel in it, and I did not receive my receipt so I couldn't go over what they put in the order and what was just done wrong. The store wasn't in a rush, we were the only ones in the drive through. The food we received was good but the overall customer service and lack of accurately filling the order was just very poor. ~Lilith

My sister, my brother-in-law and I got our first Covid shot down here last year or whenever it came out but this place is awesome very friendly, very professional. If I lived down here, I would get my prescriptions and everything done down here at this valley pharmacy!!!!!! ~Patti

Awesome staff. Extremely smooth process buying a bike and didn't leave feeling like I wasted my whole day on a sales pitch. Would give 5 stars but all Harleys are overpriced (although I did still buy one) ~L
