Best cell phone store in Hicksville, New York (NY) 2024

Had to write about the excellent customer service here. My husband and I went to another Metro PCs and the girl couldn't help at all so I stopped here just to ask a question about a virus on our phone. Met with Carlos and he took care of it. He took the time to back our phone up and reboot even though it was close to closing hours. Same visit we upgraded and purchased another phone. Since it was a new phone that came out that week, the cases hadn't arrived yet. He said to come back. He was able to get me a pink one and put it aside. Went out of his way to have the case before I went away and called me to pick it up. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely do all my business here. ~K

Worst branch. The fat lady sitting and eating food and not helping and when I asked her to help she simply refused. Never go there ~Amna

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF WITH HIM. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. NEVER IN THE STORE. I AM ABOUT TO FILE A GRIEVANCE WITH EVERY CONSUMER AGENCY AVAILABLE. HE TOOK MY EXPENSIVE IPAD AND AND $80 DEPOSIT. THE STORE IS NEVER OPEN. HE DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THERE IS NO ANSWERING MACHINE. RIP OFF ARTIST ~Brian
