Worst experience ever, their manufacturing process is totally flawed and all the colors run, see attached photo of what happened when I washed my white sheets with blue patterns in COLD water, with mild detergent and on Delicates cycle. Due to our natural dyes and the hand-block printing process each wash releases dye in to the water, this is normal. The trick is to avoid releasing too much dye at one time. It is very important to use the maximum water setting despite the size of your load followed by an extra rinse. This ensures that the basin fills with water so that the products can rinse thoroughly and not absorb the excess dye. In the past when excess dye has been absorbed by our products we have had great success by re-washing the items on delicate with cold water and distilled white vinegar followed by an extra rinse. Drip-dry is recommended followed by a hot steam iron for pressing. Our return policy states we accept returns on unused/unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. The reason we specify "unwashed" is due to the fact that laundering is specific to the individual, machinery and cleaning solutions. Please let us know if the re-washing process is able to clarify the backgrounds of the products and rectify this situation. ~Houman
