5 Best tobacco shop in Irving, New York (NY) 2024

Loved coming here for gas and smokes. However, someone somehow charged me for an extra carton of smokes and another $52.75 $77.70 in total. They refused to give me money back. The "manager" told me she was instructed by the owner to tell people to dispute it with their card company. No empathy, poor customer service. Apparently they have been having this problem for sometime and don't care. If you shop here make sure it is with cash. Even having my receipt did nothing for me...customer service sucks!!! ~Erin

Came in very recently out of curiosity and ended up loving this little store. The staff is very friendly and they have good prices and good product. Will definitely be stopping by again. ~Razzberry

The "non-ethanol" fuel tested to be 12% ethanol, lazy employees, no canopy over pumps, can't keep products in stock, terrible service, slow pumps, expired jerky. ~Kevin
