Best grocery store in Kingston, New York (NY) 2024

When I moved back to Kingston, my friend told me "Oh, if you're going to Hannaford, go to (this location) - it's the better one!" Now having experienced it, I much agree - this is the best Hannaford in the area! Good produce, deli, bakery; decent selection of global sauces & dry goods. Very clean and well lit. It's a nice grocery store, with driving an extra ten minutes by a long shot ~Anna

I was on vacation and was glad to see a grocery store after traveling out of Manhattan. This store was laid out much like the stores I shop at back at home in the Mountain West. The store was clean, the employees were friendly, and they had decent enough prices on their products. There appears to be an app they use for discount sales, which is a concept I am very familiar with but didn't commit to since I was only stopping by once. I would stop by here again if I am ever in the area again. ~To

I shop here all the time. I like the store and the selections it has. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. The seafood department is great. The store is kept very clean and well stocked. I have had a couple of experiences where the cashiers would be pre occupied, or wouldn't say Hello when you say Hello to them, or goodnight when you said good night to them. Also some of them would be complaining about the store either another worker while checking you out. ~Steve
