Tim reached out to my husband this morning and was extremely apologetic for what happened. It is this kind of customer service that made me a fan of Bob Johnson in the first place. We are extremely appreciative of the call back today and the apology and explanation given. We appreciate the call Tim, thank you!
If I could give the service station 0 stars I would. I sat for 2+ hours for an inspection. People who came well after me for the same inspection, one needing to have brakes and rotors put on their car left well before me, at least a half hour. There was a couple that came in at quarter to 3 for an inspection were out of there before I was even given my car at 3:15. I was there at 1:00 for my appointment and sat for two plus hours waiting for my car. I was told at 2:00 p.m. that they were finished with my inspection and he was just waiting on my keys and paperwork
At 3:00 I was told that they were just finishing up the inspection and he just needed to wait for the paperwork. The kicker of the story though is we got a text saying the car was done at 1:23pm. So I spent an additional 1.5 hours being given the run around.
An inspection should not take 2 hours when there are no issues with the vehicle. They have lost my business forever, which to them may be nothing but I have referred friends and family because of the service. I feel sorry for those that have bought through them or have used their service center for work. ~Teresa
