6 Best grocery store in Long Island City, New York (NY) 2024

I hate going here. The attitude from the cashiers is a consistent impediment for going there. They chat amongst themselves, snub the customer, don't help bag. Sigh and roll their eyes. Bad body language. It's so weird how rude they are. Seems like all of them. Little pricey too. I can kind of find what I want there but every time I go I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I only go there as a last resort. ~Eric

Very rude woman working there who just yells at you and only cares about the store getting its money. Very unprofessional experience and not to mention a dirty interior in my opinion. I bought a pack of gum and kindly asked for a coffee cup to give a person outside some of my water because it was hot and he looked dehydrated. She charged me 25 cents for the cup (fine) but then I asked if I could get the larger size cup and she said no and rambled off about how she pays for it to. Bigger picture, sometimes people forget how to be a nice human and that’s how I feel about the experience I had there. ~Dana

A great place for coffee and breakfast. Couldn’t resist the buffet section, even though we came in for some espresso’s. ~Dennis
