I had engine work done on my 2015 Impala. I had an 8AM appoint, and car was brought right in. The mechanic who worked on my car was very very nice, and finished the work on my car in 3.5 hrs as planned. The mechanic even waved goodbye as I left the service dept. ~Tom

Brought my 2021 ram 2500 in for an alignment that was never done, nor was I given a print out of the alignment only a receipt for the charge couple months after they said they did an alignment. A brand new set of 35x12.50x20 tires was destroyed because the toe was in -.55 on the front wheels. I contacted the corporate office they wanted all this info and then some. I sent everything via email like they asked and a month later no response and no resolution and now they are ignoring my calls and emails. I recommend not taking your vehicle to this establishment for any work done you'll end up being ripped off. This business should not be in service by any means. ~Frank
