Best chicken wings restaurant in Middletown, New York (NY) 2024

I placed an order for delivery and on the app indicated that the delivery was out for delivery. And I should have hot pizza in the next 25-35 min. One hour later, still no delivery. So I called the store to get an update and why was it taking so long, when the app was showing that I should've had hot pizza 30 min ago. After speaking to representative the assistant store manager got on the line and try to explain the reason. She informed me that the order was still at the store and was waiting for a door dash driver to pick up the order, since the store dosent have thier own delivery driver. Understood but why was the order showing out for delivery on the app. She could not give me a straight answer. She futher explained that I had to continue waiting and had to estimated time of delivery. After waiting an additional 30 min, I called back and cancelled the order. Further more, the store manager could not even assist me with a proper refund. I was informed to call next day to arrange that with the store manager, since I paid online. Sorry to say, I wish I could rate these location better but my experience was not pleasant. ~J
