Best auto repair shop in Mineola, New York (NY) 2024

I went in for an oil change and my tire pressure light was on, I had asked the owner to check it for me. He said sure and went sit in front of his computer the whole time. When the worker was done with the oil change, I went out to ask the worker if he had checked the tire pressure for me, the owner came out and stopped him and told me he had asked the other worker to check it for me. But when I check the tire pressure light, it was still on. I took the car to my brother's house asking him to check them for me and both rear tires only had 20 psi in them. I've been referring friends to this shop and I'll never recommend anyone to use this shop again. It is not ok to lie to anyone and betray their trust on you, and especially if it's related to someone's safety and their family's safety!!! ~Peter
