Best dollar store in Niagara Falls, New York (NY) 2024

This was one of the best looking stores I have ever gone into. When I say best looking, I mean, every item on every shelf was in order, every item was faced (labels were all facing me) as I went down each aisle, and the employees were very courteous and personable. The manager on duty when I was there has the perfect name; Angel, and she was true to her name. Thank you so much for the hard work and commitment you and your staff have put into this store, your store, our store. WELL DONE!, WELL DONE!, WELL DONE! ~Sonya

They are the closest store to my house so I do run in there ONLY when I need something quick. Half the time they don't have much of anything but I understand it's not their fault as I'm a manager of a store myself I understand automatic shipments. BUT today I go in for eggs that clearly has FOUR price labels for $2.35 and it rang up at $3.50. I asked "don't you have to honor the price" as I show her the labels and her response was "nope not all, have a nice day" with an attitude and walked away from me. Well, that's what Niagara County Weights and measures is for. Again being a manager I know all about them and how awful their visits can be if your store prices are wrong. And a lot of their store prices are wrong. So good luck! Hope that $1.15 price difference was worth it. ~Angie
