I just want to commend the postal worker that told somebody that they’re not allowed to enter the back area where the staff is located. I think this woman’s excuse was that she was unable to open her post office box. Oh well go to the front desk. ~Ryan

This place is the best. I was trying to fix a leaky sink. Got the valve stems out but couldn't find the parts. Went to two other big name hardware stores...they were useless. Walked in to True Value and within minutes had the correct replacement parts and they even recommended new handles. You guys are the best!!! Thank you sooo much. ~Ellen

Mike in the print center helped me so much! Went to print something today and struggled the whole time he was so helpful in giving suggestions of multiple ways I can print my resume and nothing was working but we finally got it done and he went above and beyond to help me today! And he was able to multitask and answer questions and direct other costumers while still helping me! Definitely a 5 star employee!! ~Tyler
