I went to this staples has the worst customer service. I was asked for help and one of the managers chatting . She refused to help me. Shame

The best copy center is at this staples location. Huge parking lot and it’s steps away from Taco Bell’s. You will find many stationery supplies for your office and home. Check the back of the store for items on sale. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

1 cashier, 4 people waiting on line and 3 employees standing around looking at their phones...the standards are different at this location. Use another Staples. At the rate they're going, this location will likely close for good. The only thing I learned here is that the company badly needs self-checkout machines.

I give staples 3 stars because they offer everything BUT they offer NOTHING for left handed people! Some of the staff didn't even know that LEFT handed notebooks pens abd pencils even existed. Staples needs to do better to be more INCLUSIVE. left handed things are VERY VERY IMPORTANT! There's no reason why I should have to pay $7.99 for a ONE subject notebook and my child can't use it comfortably. Staples is really missing out on a clear untapped market by not providing things SPECIFICALLY for LEFT HANDED PEOPLE. those scissors that say left OR rite are NOT for left handed persons. I was advised of that by occupational therapist. True left handed supplies shouldn't be something found thru Amazon OR sending money back home ( PuertoRico ) to have TRUE LEFT HANDED items shipped to me here in NY! I should be able to walk into any supplies store and pick up a left handed notebook. I shouldn't have to sit on the floor and poor thru baskets of scissors to find a TRUE LEFT HANDED SCISSOR! I still purchased items and the staff was very helpful. It's just a shame that in 2022 I can't get a left handed notebook in NY.

I went into this staples to ship a small package. I stood at the shipping counter as the first and only person in line for about 10 minutes as the 2 women working were having a personal conversation. When they finally got around to helping me they printed a shipping label for my package, which weighed less than one pound (0 lbs 9.8 oz). They asked what shipping option I wanted and I said “there’s no rush, I want the cheapest available option.” They said okay it’s $38. That seemed like a steep price to me so again I said “I’d like the cheapest option please.” I was advised that was the cheapest. I paid, they gave me my receipt, and I went on my way. I come home and look at the receipt to see that not only is the shipping label incorrect, but they charged me for 2 day air, which is one of the more expensive options, certainly not the cheapest. Between the customer service experience, and the blatant disregard for the customers requests, and the fact I just threw away $38 because the item will not arrive at the correct address, I’ll never go to this particular staples ever again.

Miss lady with the yellow tone blonde hair working in printing around 4pm was useless. I got what I was printing in pages instead of one page with the landscape options. She told me I had to do it on my end. I obviously couldnt do it because I cant save the file to my phone then upload it to word. She made it seem like she could help me. She made me wait a little bit to finish what was more important than servicing me just to tell me I have to do it on my end. Basically I should of just went to the library and she wasted my time having me wait there.

Mike in the print center helped me so much! Went to print something today and struggled the whole time he was so helpful in giving suggestions of multiple ways I can print my resume and nothing was working but we finally got it done and he went above and beyond to help me today! And he was able to multitask and answer questions and direct other costumers while still helping me! Definitely a 5 star employee!!

I'm a senior citizen and need to print a large volume of pertinent paperwork from my cell phone to the printer at Staples at Deer Park Ave, North Babylon, NY. I really had no clue how to do this but the associate working at the printing and copying department was extremely helpful and kind to me with an endless amount of patience. As my paperwork was being printed, I observed him with other customers and I saw that he is such an excellent employee working with such an excellent character and integrity. I asked him his name and he said his name was Caleb. Staples should be happy to have such a valuable employee.
