Very satisfied with shipping and customer service. Smooth purchase and arrival. However was a little bummed when I opened up my Dansko box only to see that there was small scuffing all over the shoes. I don’t believe I received a new pair, possibly a display pair, but it was something my fiancée noticed right away also, and he is definitely not as detailed as myself, nor as picky about his items, so that told me it wasn’t just me.. a bit of a bummer considering I paid full, brand new price. ~Heather
