The worst location to go to ... all of them they treat the customers with big attitude .. they don't like you to ask questions they expecting to know everything about mailing .. and the worst part if you going to this location for passport 😒 you will get the biggest attitude ever .. even though they get charge you 35$ to get it done but they act like they doing you a favor. I would rather drive extra miles to briarcliff or croton than come back here . It was one exception ( Adam) but I don't see him there anymore. ~Yassine

The small company I work for has ordered banners, lawn signs and other print materials from SBS for years. Despite the pandemic obstacles, David has delivered every order this year - on time, printed BEAUTIFULLY with no errors, and for a better price than I could find online. I appreciate the ability to call and email a real person and David is always professional and responsive. He has gone out of his way to help me when I need a rush or a last minute change. I highly recommend using SBS over the big operations online where I could never find a human for my questions or resolve errors. ~carolyn

Gas attendant was nice but didn’t screw my gas cap all the way. Check engine light came on and gas spilled on the side of my car. ~Eric

Rude and ignorant. Placed money on counter asked to fuel and went to grab a gum and she took someone else. When I said the gum also she stated I only gave her money to fuel and I said no. She assumed the person she took while I went to grab the gum had given her money and she gave her change and left. Then tried to tell me I only gave her certain amount. Not the first time seems as she has a problem with female customers and interacts with men better. This occurred 2/27/22 @ 4am. Asked her to look at Camara and said no see her boss on Monday. ~Algema

The worst bank ever!!!!!! I am really very disappointed with this bank. a few weeks ago I took 20 minutes in the drive in to deposit money. And today, I deposited $ 400 and the person counted only 300 and when I realized it I call them and the woman tells me that it is my mistake while I am 100% sure that I gave her $400. How that can be possible?!?!?! I always have problem with this bank in Ossining but the other one are pretty good. ~Emilie
