Despite the pandemic obstacles, David has delivered every order this year - on time, printed BEAUTIFULLY with no errors, and for a better price than I could find online. I appreciate the ability to call and email a real person and David is always professional and responsive. He has gone out of his way to help me when I need a rush or a last minute change. I highly recommend using SBS over the big operations online where I could never find a human for my questions or resolve errors.

I just stopped by to drop a prepaid package for shipment. The sign posted in the window states that no receipts will be provided for items left in the Bins outside. Naturally I assumed that if I wanted a receipt I had to go inside. To my surprise the door was locked. The same older gentleman described in the other reviews below ran to the door and advised me to drop my package in the bins outside. I said I wanted a receipt. He said in a nasty tone "If you want a receipt go to Elmsford." I was shocked! Who does that? I asked for a receipt, is this considered one of the "free services" you refuse to provide? Had a very horrible experience with the older gentleman. The doors were locked even though I stopped by within “new business hours” due to COVID. I wasn’t let inside the store although I had all necessary PPE on which even then is understandable however, when I asked for one strip of tape to make sure the label was sealed properly, I was told “$5 cash, all I’m taking is cash, if not go up the street to the UPS store”. The money was not the issue although I had only card but a simple “we’re only taking cash at this moment” would have gone a long way. Instead, he used an angry tone and made me feel unwelcome in this place of business. But $5 cash for one piece of tape? Also seems pretty ridiculous especially since there was no price listing for a strip of tape. Do not recommend if you are not from the area. Again, this was my first and only time coming here. Go to the UPS Store up the street, just like he said! 10/10 there.

SBS has printed full color invitations for 2 separate special occasions (using digital files I ordered on Etsy). They also just finished a large format full color poster (also based on a digital file that I ordered on Etsy). They trimmed and mounted the poster on foam board as well. They have done a great job with each order and have always been pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend this shop to others.

SBS Printing and Shipping offers extremely reasonable rates compared to other printers in the area, such as FedEx, UPS, Staples or Signorama. My project for the team at SBS Printing and Shipping was large in my opinion; the job was sent to them in 2 separate PDF documents. The team expertly executed my requests, and the resulting documents were a success because of their knowledge of print media. As far as customer service, the team here is responsive to emails for estimates, deadline requirements, and special billing requests. Their excellent email response time is symptomatic of their internal teamwork, a trait that translated to me, the customer, in the form of a service-oriented partnership. They provided solutions when I had trouble with my order. For example, one of the PDFs I sent them had a problem coming through via Google Drive, and David quickly provided a realistic, cheap solution to the underlying problem. In another instance, he also provided valuable feedback when the paper weight needed to be adjusted to prevent image bleed-through, which resulted in a nominal cost.
