My husband and I stopped to gas up at this station. After filling the tank our 2015 F150 electric start failed. The service attendant, Fred Hill, extended us every possible courtesy including recommendations for towing and repair service, making a rather desperate situation as pleasant as possible. 5stars and thumbs up to this Star employee. I can not say enough positives about my experiences with this shop!! I recommend friend and family and everyone has given positive feedback. If you are looking for a place that will identify and fix only the problem, not exaggerate the problem and cost then Brotz is the shop for you! The family owned business is a little distance for me to travel, but it is well worth it!! Eagle street is easy to find--just off 96 in Phelps. They have a comfortable waiting area with a tv and lots of magazines. I am sure you will be happy that you found them! ~Deborah
