Stick to the pizza and forget the rest of the menu. I hear the pizza is good although I've never tried it; there certainly were plenty of people eating it in the restaurant and picking it up to go.
As far as my dining experience went it was pretty bad. I ordered lasagna which came in a casserole dish and just barely resembled lasagna. Instead of layers of pasta with ricotta cheese and sauce, this was essentially lasagna pasta in almost a tomato like soup with a big melted chunk of mozzarella on top. My friend ordered salmon which came with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Unfortunately the water from the vegetables was all over the plate drowning/ruining the mashed potatoes. The salmon wasn't very good nor were the vegetables.
The bread that came with the meal was also dry and stale tasting. As I said earlier, just order pizza and you'll probably be ok. Whatever you do don't order anything else or you'll probably be very sorry you decided to eat that night.
I definitely do not recommend the Pleasant Valley location. I have eaten at Four Brothers in Amenia a few years back and had baked ziti and it was pretty good. Not sure if there was a change or just a difference between locations. ~Vincent
