Best passport office in Pomona, New York (NY) 2024

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! The ladies behind the counter were very rude BOTH OF THEM. Not helpful at all and very confrontational. I’d rather deliver the package myself on foot then ever visit this horrible place again. They are lazy and do not want to work and they are going to get their wish because with the service they provide customers will go out of their way just to not interact with the horrendous human beings they hired to work here. JUST CLOSE IT DOWN! An Indian woman and a white woman on 3/22/22 at approximately 12:30pm they need to be fired ASAP. ~Elizabeth
