“Italian craftsmanship” Augusto is the perfect combination of efficiency, experience and professionalism. He’s made my shoes brand new and fixed a hopeless suitcase and made it not just new but better than it was. He installed TSA compatible locks (see yellow locks in photos) and fixed two wheels to the point I couldn’t tell which ones were broken for under 20 bucks! He’s literally the shoe and luggage doctor! ~Salva

I got into a horrible accident, right away I called Eddie, who runs this shop. He handled the whole situation for me. He had the car towed, gave me a rental and had my car back to me like new in no time. By far the best experience and quality of work. Great job, definitely recommend this place ~Osnat

Weird place, nothing out in open, every single thing was behind glass, I get high end booze but hard to personally pick bottle of wine even, woman was nice tho ~Kris

food is amazing. atmosphere is cool. they have everything from great fresh breakfast, nice lunch with daily hot plates like hot turkey, brisket, chicken, fish etc. fresh cut sandwiches, nice salads, yummy burgers! and a killer rice pudding. and some beer here too... BBQ chicken "Outside" on Friday afternoons is totally Richmond Hill at its best. ~Harley
