“Italian craftsmanship” Augusto is the perfect combination of efficiency, experience and professionalism. He’s made my shoes brand new and fixed a hopeless suitcase and made it not just new but better than it was. He installed TSA compatible locks (see yellow locks in photos) and fixed two wheels to the point I couldn’t tell which ones were broken for under 20 bucks! He’s literally the shoe and luggage doctor!

I love coming there for my shoes to be repaired or resoled. The place is tight, dirty, and cramped (like a time capsule from 30 yrs ago). However, he is good and prices are very fair!

What a treasure! I had left a voice mail regarding my broken luggage problem. He called me back immediately and gave me directions on how to get there. He took 2 minutes to fix it for me and wanted no pay, which of course, I did not accept. The store is a treasure trove of everything you could want for your shoes or leather goods. I’m coming back with all my stuff and sending my friends.

First time here and dropped a pair of Gucci shoes never worn and got them today and I was super upset. Scuffed my shoes already and even a little bump onto the shoe. You would think I wore them before. SO UPSET !!

Great service. Brought in a pair of new shoes for a heel change. I hated the original heel. Sounded like I was walking in Tap Shoes. The owner replaced the heel with a better material and on top of that, a great price. My problem was solved. No more CLACK CLACK as I walked. If you have a pair of shoes you love, don’t throw them out. Bring them over and just get them fixed.

Old school shoe repair shop that's loaded with shoes, purses, laces, shoe supplies, etc. While I waited for my minor shoe repair a guy came in and dropped off leather pants to be altered. So apparently they do more than repair shoes. It cost $4 to fix my shoes.... and $80 for the 4 small leather pouches I bought. 🙂 If u don't mind digging u can find some treasures there.

The owner Augie has over 40 years experience at this location. Every detail is covered and you instinctively know that this is a craftsman who loves his work, so caring! I can't say enough but you will understand if you want to save special sentimental shoes, boots, etc. or like me someone who needs medical adjustments that literally only a shoe doctor would be able to handle. Haha, if there was such a thing as a shoe doctor Augie Cerrone is a natural; thank God I heard through word of mouth about his services.
