It was like a conversation with a friend rather than a sales pitch. Absolutely no pressure. Mike drove the mattresses up to Sedona the next day (approx 120 miles roundtrip). When the bed frames came in, he drove those up to us immediately. We can't recommend them enough! We were happy with the product and very appreciative of the stellar customer service. You cannot go wrong!
