Best auto repair shop in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

In retirement, my dad worked part-time delivering parts to local dealerships and auto repair shops. He got to know a lot of the local places really well and he told me "Always go to My-Tee. They have integrity and are honest and do good work." My dad and I rarely agree on much but on this recommendation, I agree. Dennis and his crew have been absolutely stand-up, down-to-earth guys to deal with. They say what they'll do and then they do what they say. I've never felt, in any of my dealings with them, that they were anything but fair and honest. I'll always make them my first stop for car repairs / maintenance. ~Mark

Josh and Larry are wonderful! They take excellent care of your vehicle and let you know exactly what they did and why. The prices are reasonable. Great location, but parking can be difficult. Normal business hours, no weekends. ~Sheryl

My wife and I recently had both of our vehicles detailed at Complete Automotive Solutions. My wife was very pleased on how her Hyundai Tucson turned out, and my 2014 Chevy Silverado looks like a new truck, both inside and out. Based on the final results, I think the price for detailing both of our vehicles was very reasonable. The shop is very clean, with a nice waiting area and friendly employees.
