You are supposed to make sure THE CUSTOMER is satisfied, not YOURSELF. Very disgusting service if you can call it that. Don’t waste your time here. They are corny AF. Tmobile sends me a email correspondence telling me that I can trade in my phone to any location without specifying that you can only return at “corporate store”. I finally connect with this store whom agreed over the phone to collect my phone no hassle. When I get there and present my ID they said my ID is not valid…….. it has my literal name/picture /expiration date and is literally commissioned by NYC……… and the rep was very argumentative over the validity of my ID when her literal job description is to attend to the clients basic need. I never had a problem with my ID at any TMobile and had a urgent time sensitive matter. She stated that she didn’t care if I continued service with the company when I told her I was going to end my service. which you’re not supposed to do as a staff. They were highly unsympathetic and did not attend to my clearly visible urgency that I needed to return my phone before the cut off date to get my promotional credits and market trade-in value applied to my account. I never experienced more biased behavior and stand actively inconvenienced because the company could not guarantee my credits. I feel really let down and uncomfortable that these persons have access to my personal credentials. I do not recommend this entity to any reasonable consumer. People get a title and like to be sadist and abusive to those they think that are vulnerable and get away with it. And I want everyone to know of this unacceptable behavior. ~Nathaly
