First let's address the entrance issues. So many people can easily get lost when trying to get into the building because it has a few entrances. Keep this in mind when coming and ask the office which entrance has the best access to their individual office. The parking lot can be accessed by entering on 242nd street and Merrick Blvd, however, the parking lot is not open to visitor parking before 5pm. Street parking is usually pretty good on most days. Overall, it's a beautiful building with 24 hour security, very clean bathrooms, a cafe that is only open during normal business hours (closed on the weekends). It's also located walking distance to many food options such as McDonald's, a deli, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, and a diner.

I attend Flowers Physical Therapy. Very clean place, must wear a mask, staff is very professional and pleasant to the patients.

It's a beautiful building. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Beautiful fountain inside and easy access to all floors. I've only issue is parking. The spaces are really close to each other and it's hard to find an open space.

There is parking for employees and associates only. Flowers Physical Therapy (formally located on North Conduit) is located on the far side of the building and they are alotted 3 reserved spots. There is wheelchair access.

I go to this Plaza because my physical therapy office is located here. The staff at Flowers Fizical therapy is very professional, warm, friendly and caring. It is own by Mr Neville Flowers, from Jamaica. If you are looking for a physical therapy, this is where you should come.

My Primerica business has an office on the lower lobby. The building is very beautiful and well maintained. There are multiple business/community services housed in CIP. A small cafeteria is in the lobby & a diner is across the street.

Went to meet a friend of mine. Office organisation is nice and all but for the visitors, there is no parking. Had to park on the other side of the street.
