I needed to get a very important package to Canada as soon as possible. With deliveries and timing being an issue lately, I was not only fortunate but also delighted to have Ian as my UPS representative at the store to handle things. From his pleasant demeanor to his vast knowledge and expertise in dealing with international tasks. Not to mention that the team was extremely welcoming to every customer who came in.
