I needed to get a very important package to Canada as soon as possible. With deliveries and timing being an issue lately, I was not only fortunate but also delighted to have Ian as my UPS representative at the store to handle things. From his pleasant demeanor to his vast knowledge and expertise in dealing with international tasks. Not to mention that the team was extremely welcoming to every customer who came in. This is a unique location. I know it takes a lot to be in demand and to "deal" with that population. You have to know your stuff, have thick skin and be ready for anything. Well done UPS.
