Best hardware store in Seneca Falls, New York (NY) 2024

Good store! Unfortunately they’re way under staffed. I visit the store from time to time in the past I’ve never seemed to have any issues. But as of lately on recent visits I’ve found myself standing around waiting for customer assistance or some type of service. The wait was so long, I returned the merchandise back to the shelves and left, without a single person saying I’ll be right with you. Even when you call ahead via phone, it just rings. SMH! ~Nic

Great store. My PetVet visit was great. I got all of my dog's shots for $128 (including the visit, heart worm test, fecal test, and a 50% off coupon for my next visit). What a great service. I called the store ahead of time and Erin from the Tractor Supply store in Seneca Falls was very helpful by offering information on safe passage through the store as my dog can be a bit cranky with strangers.
